Submission Rules and Regulations:
You, the “Producer”, in your individual capacity as well as any corporate capacity, must be the legal owner of your film or documentary (the “Program”) and have the rights to all materials in your Program (including but not limited to any footage, illustrations, interviews, music, graphics, etc.) cleared for all domestic electronic media for a minimum of one year.

The cost of submission is a non-refundable one-time fee of $75.00 USD.

All submission materials and DVDs are non-returnable. There is no guarantee that by submitting you will be selected by The Military Network, LLC and/or Hulu.

Agreement Terms:
If the Program is selected, Producer shall enter into a one-year non-exclusive agreement with The Military Network, LLC and Hulu. This agreement shall cover all distribution through all domestic electronic media for one-year from the date of launch on Hulu.

Producer shall remain the sole owner of the Program. Agreement is non-exclusive and Producer shall remain free to submit their Program to other festivals, contests, networks, etc.

Producer shall certify that it is the legal owner of the Program and has the rights to all concepts, trademarks, titles, and materials in the Program (including but not limited to any footage, illustrations, interviews, music, graphics, etc.) cleared for distribution in all domestic electronic media for a minimum of one year from the date of launch on Hulu.

Producer shall deliver to The Military Network, LLC a master copy of the Program that conforms to the necessary technical requirements. (Please see Full Contract for a detailed explanation of the technical requirements.)

Producer shall grant The Military Network, LLC and Hulu the right to edit the program for technical modifications, including but not limited to runtime and commercial breaks, so long as the integrity of the Program is not compromised.

Producer, in their individual capacity as well as any corporate capacity, shall indemnify Hulu and its parent companies and subsidiaries, and The Military Network, LLC and its parent companies and subsidiaries, from any and all claims arising from any alleged intellectual, trademark, copyright, material or other infringements.

Producer shall receive 25% of The Military Network, LLC’s gross revenue from Hulu for their Program. Payment shall be made to Producer within 30 days of The Military Network, LLC’s receipt of monies from Hulu. A royalty statement shall accompany each check. (Please see Full Contract for an explanation of revenue tracking.)

The Military Network, LLC and Hulu shall hold sole discretion to decide how long the Program will remain accessible on Hulu during the one-year agreement period. Nothing in this agreement shall obligate The Military Network, LLC or Hulu to keep the Program accessible for the entire one-year period.

At the conclusion of the one-year period Producer and The Military Network, LLC may jointly agree to renew this agreement.

Producer may be required to sign the full contract prior to launch of Program on Hulu.
